You are looking at a brand new Tandy Leathercraft ID Wallet Kit. This item 4141-00 measures 3-1/4" X 4" (8.25 cm x 10.2 cm) folded which easily fits in shirt, coat or pants pockets. This bilfold contains three pockets for bills and cards plus a see-through window to easily see and display your drivers license etc. This complete kit contains pre-cut and pre-punched leather parts, dark brown pocket lining, lace and needle, and complete instructions and for tooling pattens.
